Rain Shepherd Milio Splash Art

Adding one more cozy splash to the pile! This one was super enjoyable to paint since I absolutely love rainy weather and the concept by Julia Nguyen was kickass as usual. We experimented with some different styles for this one, with the slightly higher key mood and watercolory flecks.
