Love the crime city nightmare thematic and always thought this would be a cool idea for a Vex skin after seeing CCN TF and Shaco. Shadow being some kind of twisted eldritch horror choking out gangsters as Vex looms through a hideout all menacinglike just seems like a neat combination.
